Facilitated by: Kinga Zak and Erin Fleming and Charlene Gray
Our bodies reveal to us how we are feeling in response to stimuli in our environment. By developing our self-awareness we can learn to interpret our feelings and identify our needs and use this knowledge to make guesses about the feelings and needs of others. This nonviolent communications camp is for children ages 4-11 years. Children will explore concepts related to self-awareness, feelings feel inside their bodies, how feelings are expressed, how feelings reveal clues to our needs, and how feelings can exist in layers and shift over time.
