Do you find yourself reacting to situations when you wish you could respond in more conscious ways?  Join us as we explore Marshall Rosenberg’s Book “Nonviolent Communication: a Language of Life”  in this 9 week course.  Participants are asked to read 1-2 chapters a week from Marshal Rosenberg’s book “Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life” and come prepared to discuss, practice, and share. We will explore how our bodies express when our needs are met and when they are not. Using specific language, we will practice articulating our feelings, identifying the needs that those feelings are trying to reveal, and practice strategies that will help us to meet our needs.

“This is life-altering. My perspective has completely changed.”

“I am so glad that I took this course now, at this point in my life.”

“I have been looking for a sense of community and this course helps to fulfill that need.”

“I read this book years ago, but practicing in person makes all the difference.”

This course is 9 weeks long, 1.5 hours per week. We meet in person so that we can practice the skills in ways that encourage deeper connection and reflection. The cost of the course is $222 and it includes a copy of the book and helpful handouts. Oct.5-Nov.30, there is no break for Thanksgiving.

Babes in arms are welcome to join in. We are running a consecutive Playborhood program for kids ages 4-12.  Please sign up for Playborhood separately.
