In these classes the focus will be on drama exercises and games. There will be lots of team building activities as well. Kids can join this fun and energetic class to improve their dramatic skills and get their creative juices flowing.

“More Than A Feeling” Homeschooler Class

Spring Bird Crafting Workshop

In this 3 session workshop, learners will be introduced to wool felting, finger knitting, and felt sewing.  The end product is an adorable mama bird, baby bird, and nest.  This is a multi-age offering with a suggested age range of 6-12 years.  Learners under 6 may wish to have a caregiver present.

Chickens and Minecraft for Homeschoolers

May 3-June 21

Our learning center is also be a working farm project! In anticipation of our new arrivals, we’ll be getting our coop ready, learning about what chickens need to eat, how to care for them, and how to keep them safe and happy. And just to make it extra fun, we’re throwing in some Minecraft club. Bring your tablets or devices and be prepared to follow our technology agreements or debate changes if you don’t agree!

Learning Library

April 2019-April 2020

Cost: $10 and a game, puzzle, or toy donation

Facilitator:  Andrea Reid and other volunteers

Our volunteers carefully organize and curate donations and have them ready for families to borrow.  Come whenever TBS is open for classes or events and exchange your item for something new to explore at home.  Borrow as much or as little as you wish, our suggested borrowing period is 3-4 weeks.
